Snapsych is Snaphunt’s proprietary assessment and is based on leading psychometric models, while also adapted for the modern workplace. Each candidate’s assessment can be viewed as part of their applicant profile by clicking on their assessment tab.
Snapsych is based on the Big Five and related frameworks which are used by firms globally. It has been measured against two widely used Big Five personality tests and shown good correlation (Saucier’s mini-markers and Big Five Inventory).
The assessment measures candidate competencies across 9 areas under 4 themes that are critical to workplace success. Results are normalized for gender and years of experience.

Test Validity and Reliability
Accuracy (reliability)
Average alpha is .88, which is considered as very good as compared to an industry benchmark (>.70).
Validity
The test provides good face validity with questions based on modern occupational settings. The test also has a good Construct Validity, and the structure of the Big Five as well as the correlation between Big Five factors and Snapsych have been statistically tested at threshold p <.05 and p<.01.
