We use your details for various purposes related to your hiring process. To ensure you get the most out of our automation, please ensure you use your own email address rather than a generic one. Please contact us should you want to change the email address on your account.
Some ways we use your details include:
To send you an email/ SMS/ WhatsApp notification on new applications in your account. The frequency/ type of notifications you receive can be managed via the 'Settings' tab in your account page.
To schedule interviews. To ensure that interview scheduling is correctly synced to your calendar, please ensure you use your own email address rather than a generic one.
To pre-fill your signature on messaging templates
To copy you on communications to applicants.
To keep you updated on new product features, hiring trends and upcoming workshops.
Your Company Details - 'Employer Profile'
We recommend you ensure this information is complete before creating your job as this information is used on your job advertisements as well as your career page.
Your company details include:
Company description
This can save you time as it will automatically be reflected on all your jobs. You can, however, edit this while creating your job should you want a modified description on each role.
Sub-domain
The subdomain is a part of the unique web address that is set automatically by Snaphunt as soon as you create the account. The sub domain is required to activate your job distribution across multiple job boards and is also the URL of your Branded Career Page powered by Snaphunt and has the format of <companyname.snaphunt.com> .
Company logo
Your logo will be visible on all your ads and will also be part of meta tags if you are sharing a job link on social media. Please ensure you upload your logo in .jpeg/.jpg format only. The recommended size of your company logo is 210 x 210 px.
Company cover picture
The cover picture will be visible on all your jobs as well as your career page and will make your job stand out to matched job seekers. Please ensure you upload your cover picture in .jpeg/.jpg format only. The recommended size of a cover picture is: 1600 x 400 px.
Corporate video
Once you add a corporate video to your profile, you will see the option to add this to all your jobs. Adding a corporate video to your jobs is a great way to give matching talent insights into your company and culture.
