The role requirements you input are used to match applicants on the Snaphunt platform to your roles. Here are some things to keep in mind when entering your job details:

Industry

Choose up to 3 industries that best describe your business industry or where you want the candidate to come from in specific cases. Please note our specialist algorithms will not restrict their search to candidate from only the industries you choose. The aim of the algorithms is to provide you with the widest, yet relevant, talent pool possible for your roles. Hence, based on the function of the role, candidate from a different industry can be matched for the role as well.

Function

Choose the function in which your role is most likely to be. If this is a hybrid role, you can choose up to 2 functions.

Roles

Choose the role that most specifically describes your job. While you can choose up to 3 roles, the fewer the roles you choose, the more targeted your matches are likely to be. Please note your applicants will NOT be restricted to the roles you choose. Our algorithms will automatically also consider applicants from related roles.

Skills

Choose only skills that the candidate MUST have in order to do the role. You will only see applicants that have at least some of the must-have skills.

Team Management

Choose the team size the applicant needs to manage. We will consider applicants that have managed similar sized or slightly bigger or smaller teams. We will also consider individual contributors if the role is required to manage a small team.

Salary

Our algorithms consider all applicants who are likely to be open to a role within the salary range you have indicated. When the candidate salary is of a different currency than the job salary (for example in the case of overseas applicants), our algorithms do not use salary as criteria when determining the relevance of candidates to a job.

Selling Points

We want to ensure that we match you to candidates whose motivations are closely aligned to what your role and the company offers. If the candidates' push/pull factors have no alignment with your selling points, then the candidate will not be considered for the job.

Competencies

Our proprietary assessment ‘Snapsych’ measures 9 competencies across 4 themes and forms as a part of the applicant’s overall match.

Please choose the top three competencies you require for the role. Only candidates who have high scores in at least one of the 3 competencies will be considered for the role.
