You can progress any applicant that you find interesting to the next stage by clicking on ‘Shortlist’ on their profile. All shortlisted candidates receive a notification stating that their profile has been selected for closer review by your company.

This in no way engages you to meet the candidate but at the same time, keeps them updated and engaged.
