With Snaphunt, you can request references for your potential hire with a simple click.

Often reference checks can be biased as referees tend to be overly positive or are not willing to discuss an applicant’s areas of development. As a result, they provide limited insights on the applicant.

Snaphunt’s MARTHA (Machine Assisted Reference-Checking To Hire Accurately), the world’s first AI reference checking assistant, solves this problem by using cutting edge technology to analyse the reliability of each response and alerting you on areas that may need attention.

How to get a reference for a candidate

  • Progress the candidate to the ‘Under Offer’ tab on the job

  • Click on the request references icon

  • Fill in the number of references you would like (we recommend 2-3 references)

  • Sit back and get notified when the reference is complete

  • Listen to the reference call, view analytics and download the reference report on the feedback tab of the candidate.
