Your talent pool consists of applicants you receive, add or invite on your roles.

The candidate profiles that you see on your talent pool are automatically updated when a candidate updates their details on their dashboard to ensure that the data in your talent pool remains as fresh as possible.

Please note that candidates that are rejected at application stage are NOT retained in your talent pool. Also in line with Privacy laws and best practices, Applicants will not be retained in your talent pool for a period of more than 12 months from when the last job they were on is closed.
