Agencies can submit their candidates via the ‘Introduce Talent’ link at the bottom of your career page by choosing ‘Agencies’ as a source and filling their agency name in additional information. Agencies can then upload candidate CVs and choose the job against which they are submitting their shortlist.

For confidential jobs, please share the job reference number with the relevant agency so that they can submit candidates via the Agency submissions link using the job reference number.

To ensure data privacy, once the agency has submitted a candidate, the candidate will automatically receive an email requesting authorization to complete the application. The candidate must consent to the submission in order for the application to be visible in your account.

Please note that agencies will not be able to submit a candidate that is already in process for the specific job.
