How do I upgrade?

You can upgrade your subscription at any time by visiting ‘Subscription’ in the top right section of your dashboard.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting 'Subscription’ in the top right section of your dashboard. Any cancellation will apply after the end of the current billing period.

How can I get more job postings?

You can add more jobs to your account by visiting ‘Subscription’ in the top right section of your dashboard, and increasing the number of jobs associated with your current plan or choosing a different plan.

What happens to my jobs when I downgrade my subscription?

When you downgrade, your job postings are restricted to the total number of jobs allowed under your new plan.

When you cancel your plan, you will lose unlimited access to the platform and need credits to reach out to talent, view applications etc.

What happens to any additional credits that I buy?

Any additional credits you buy stay with you regardless of your plan for up to 12 months after your purchase.

What if I run out of credits?

You can buy additional credits at any time by visiting the Subscription page in the top right section of your dashboard.

When will my free credit amount be refilled?

Free credits are provided to free plans at the start of every month to support you in your hiring efforts. Unused free credits cannot be carried over to the following month.

Do you have a startup program?
