You can screen your shortlisted candidates further using pre-recorded video interviews. In a few steps, you design the video interview by selecting up to 3 questions to be asked to applicants.

Once you request a video interview, Snaphunt sends the job seeker a notification as well as regular reminders to complete their video interviews. Should you not receive a video interview within 5 days, we highly recommend you contact the candidate directly.

You will receive a notification via email once the applicant has completed their video interview. You can view the video interview on the video screen tab of the job or on the feedback tab of the candidate profile.
