You can upload your talent pool from another system into Snaphunt on the Contacts section in your side bar menu. Please note that email is a mandatory field when uploading any contacts.

Talent can be uploaded in 2 ways:

Add contacts

You can add up to 5 contacts at a time manually by clicking on ‘Add Contacts’ and entering their name, phone and email. You can then input or upload any additional details regarding the contact once the contact has been added in your list by clicking ‘Select’ and choosing the 'Edit' option.

Import CVS/Excel file

This option allows you to do a bulk upload. When uploading contacts in bulk, you have the choice of uploading new contacts only or uploading all contacts. If you upload all contacts then information on any duplicate contacts already in your list will be over written.

Once a candidate is in your contacts, you can search based on tags like invite them to a job, etc.
